Privacy Policy

Who we are

Progmatiq Code is a product line by BRT.NUTRITION OÜ (reg. nr 14907301), a company registered in Estonia. We build plugins and widgets for Figma and FigJam.

Data we collect

Our plugins and widgets run client-side in your browser. We don't collect, store, or send your design files, comments, or content.

For products that need authentication (Comments Mover), we use Figma's OAuth. We store only the auth token needed to work. No design data stays on our servers.

We may collect:

• Email address - only if you contact us
• Payment info - handled by Figma or Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details
• Basic usage stats - anonymous, aggregated

Third-party services

Payments go through Figma (in-app purchases) and Lemon Squeezy / Stripe. They have their own privacy policies. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we collect almost nothing, there's usually nothing to delete. Email hello@progmatiq-code.com for any requests.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using any Progmatiq Code plugin or widget ("Products"), you agree to these terms. Don't agree - don't use them.

License

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Products in Figma and FigJam. Paid features need a valid purchase through Figma or our payment processor.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our Products. Don't use them for anything illegal.

Intellectual property

All code, designs, and docs are owned by BRT.NUTRITION OÜ. You're buying a usage license, not the code itself.

Availability

We try to keep things working but can't guarantee 100% uptime. Figma platform changes may break things. We'll do our best to fix it when that happens.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them. Total liability is capped at what you paid.

Governing law

Estonian law. Disputes go to Estonian courts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Plugins and widgets are delivered instantly. Every product has a free tier or trial so you can test before paying.

Refunds

14-day refund window if the product doesn't work as described. Email hello@progmatiq-code.com with purchase details and what went wrong.

No refunds if:

• Product works as described but doesn't match your expectations
• Limitations come from Figma API (documented in product pages)
• More than 14 days since purchase

Cancellation

One-time payments only - nothing to cancel. For pay-per-use products (Comments Mover credit packs), unused credits don't expire but aren't refundable after 14 days.

Disputes

Got a payment issue? Email us at hello@progmatiq-code.com before filing a chargeback. We'll sort it out.

Figma in-app purchases

Bought through Figma's payment system? Their refund policy applies. Contact Figma support for those.
